    Little Dipper Zoom Gymnastics Ages 18 mon to 4 yrs

    $12 Per month or $5 drop in.

    Little Dipper Pre-school Zoom classes are all about teaching your child to listen and follow directions as our teachers lead them through gymnastics-oriented games and fun activities that will develop overall fitness, and coordination. Our 30- minute Zoom classes use at-home props in lieu of the apparatus we usually have in the gym to help them improve their strength and flexibility. Watch me, Mom!!!

    Big Dipper Zoom Gymnastics Ages 5 to 6 yrs

    $13.60 per month or $6 drop in.

    Big Dipper 45 minute Zoom classes focus on Pre-school readiness as your children develop their motor skills by participating in games that incorporate colors, numbers, and shapes. Overall fitness builds confidence and a “can-do” attitude in pre-school age children as they learn to use their muscles to develop strength and flexibility. Since we don’t have the apparatus, we substitute at home props to create fun challenges.

    Mommy & Me Zoom Yoga with Jamie DeMarco Ages 3 to 6 yrs

    $25 per month or $8 drop in.

    Partner with your toddler in fun, animated poses as we take a yoga adventure that your child will never forget! We'll plant lots of seeds for connection, courage, body awareness, self-regulation, kindness, finding our calm, sharing and for bonding between parent & child, all while strengthening growing muscles and using our imaginations. Caregivers welcome. Class 30 to 45 minutes.

    Lucky Star 45-minute Zoom class: We don’t expect you to turn your home into a gym, but we do hope to improve your children’s strength, coordination and flexibility. Your children will have fun with games and challenges also learn basic skills and drills that can be used for gymnastics or other sports. When we get back to the gym, the increased conditioning will enhance their ability to learn new skills on the beam, bars and floor. A stronger gymnast has the courage and confidence to try new tricks.

    Zoom Advanced Super Star Gymnastics Ages 10 yrs & up

    $19.10 per month or $7 drop in.

    Super Star Class is for our experienced gymnasts who are working toward intermediate and advanced skills on the events. Conditioning and flexibilty along with drills to improve technique on the basics are an important part of this 60-minute class. Gymnasts who want to try out for the Xcel team program or high school gymnastics should take this class.

    Zoom Rhythmic Gymnastics Ages 7 years & up

    $13.60 per month or $6 drop in.

    The Zoom Rhythmic Gymnastics program is a 45 Minute fun filled class that will includes introductory rhythmic gymnastics skills, stretching, strength exercises, games and fun activities while learning how to use the various Rhythmic apparatus (ball, hoop, rope etc). This program is taught by Coach Kamelia.

    Cheer Zoom Workshop Ages 10 years old and up

    Join us for a fun filled cheer workshop that will help prepare you for cheer tryouts. During this 45- minute long class, we will work on jumps, tumbling, strength, and stunt technique. This program is taught by our Cheer and Tumbling Coaches. $13.60 Monthly or $6 drop in.

    Tumbling Strength and Skills Beginner Zoom Program Ages 7 years old and up

    Join us for a fun filled program that will work on include stretching, strength exercises, games and fun tumbling activities designed to get your child(ren) ready for our tumbling programs. This 45-minute class is for the new tumbler who has the basic skills up to a walkover. Taught by our experienced Tumbling Coaches! $13.60 Monthly or $6 drop in.

    Intermediate to Advanced Tumbling Strength and Skills Zoom Ages 7 and up

    Join us for a fun filled program that will work on stretching, strength exercises, games and intermediate to advanced tumbling skills designed to get your child(ren) ready for our advanced tumbling programs. This 60-minute class is for the intermediate to advanced tumbler who has at least a bridge kickover. Taught by our experienced Tumbling Coaches. $19.10 per month or $7 drop in.

    Back Handspring Zoom Workshop Ages 10 and up
    Our experienced Tumbling coaches will guide you through a 60-minute class to cleanup your handsprings while teaching your techniques to strengthening your body for the next level. You must be able to do a handspring without a spot. We can’t wait to help you achieve a beautiful handspring. Taught by our experienced Tumbling Coaches. $19.10 per month or $7 drop in.

    Zumba Zoom with Betty and Tiara Ages 12 to Adult
    Our 60-minute Zumba Zoom with Betty and Tiara is a fun fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Our Zumba Zoom routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. $25 per month or $8 drop in.
    Zoom Contortion and Flexibility Ages 12 to Adult
    If you have always wished you had more mobility, wanted to get your splits or bridge this is the course for you! Classes will be 6o minutes long. You will need most importantly some floor space, and a wall. If you have a foam roller, yoga blocks, yoga mat/panel mat, or ankle weights would be wonderful! Anything helps. $25 per month or $8 drop in.
    Get Gymnastics Fit! Ages 10 to Adult
    Join us for one or all of these 60-minute advanced conditioning classes taught by Coach Katie. These classes are geared to the competitive gymnasts or athlete that is looking to maintain their advanced fitness level. $25 per month per class. $8 Drop in per class. Get moving Monday! Condition with a chair, stretch and ballet! Push yourself Tuesday! Advanced conditioning and yoga! Work it Wednesday! Light cardio, yoga and ballet! Push yourself Thursday! Advanced conditioning and yoga! Dance Dance Dance! Contemporary ballet warm up with fun choreography to finish!

  • SPECIALTY CLASSES

    Monday 2:00pm --- W.O.P for ages 8-11. This class known as WOP or World of Possibility training covers a variety of topics from leadership, bravery, and work-ethic to creativity and learning to write essays and poems. Each class begins with a short meditation exercise and ends with a journal entry on a chosen topic. Sometimes we discuss a movie we were asked to watch or poem we were asked to read. WOP encourages children to learn to share their voices and their ideas as well as educate them on ways to be a better person and athlete. Classes are typically a half hour to forty minutes.

    Monday WOP 3:00 ages 12-16. Advanced WOP covers the same topics as Junior WOP but in a more mature and advanced way.

    Blue and Yellow team practice 2:00 Tues and Thur: This class is for current and former blue and yellow gymnasts to condition together and keep up their basic gymnastics skills and training.

    Red team practice 3:00 Tues and Thur (time adjustment!) This closed class is for current level 4 red team girls to have fun together, learn together, and keep up their basic gymnastics skills together.

    Wednesday 2:00 conditioning: This is a challenging one hour conditioning class which implements the elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga. It will get your heart-rate up and
